In light of the current situation I wanted to highlight the importance of supporting small businesses and share with you some of my favourite small businesses with perfect products for Mother’s Day, birthdays and crafting. Here are some ways you can actively help support them during this difficult time:
- Buying their products : if you are financially able and looking for gifts or products for yourself.
- Liking, commenting, following and sharing small business posts on social media
- Recommending products/services from small businesses to your friends, family and colleagues.
- Leaving product reviews on small business websites.
The most important thing at this time is to stay safe, read all the relevant and official advice & offer support and help where you can. If you are worried about your work/financial position, then please do not feel pressured in any way to be spending money, if you do have birthdays or other celebrations coming up and are buying gifts, then please consider buying from a small business.
